- Your name and the facility/practice you work with
- A short description of the issue
- The approximate time the issue occurred (with your timezone)
- The page or workflow you were using (e.g., census, clinical brief,
SOAP signing) - Any error message you saw on screen

If a Round Smarter issue is preventing you from completing patient
documentation in a time-sensitive way, mark your email
URGENT in the subject line. Urgent issues are triaged
ahead of routine requests during business hours.
